Resources

I believe strongly that one of the most important components to healing and transformation is to gather a strong team around us to cheer us on, hold us accountable, motivate us and believe in us when we don’t believe in ourselves. Our team can be friends, spouses, therapists, sponsors, survivors, people with more recovery than us, spiritual leaders, guides, mentors, heroes, books, poems, quotes, teachers…anyone and anything that helps us heal and shifts us even slightly in the direction we are going. Here are some of my favorite people and resources that are part of my team…and I’m happy to share my team with you as you create your own. As they say in AA, take what you want and leave the rest!
