Whatever the issues are with which you are struggling, psychotherapy can often help. Psychotherapy is designed to encourage improved communication, insight into problems and resolution of conflicts. The overall goals of therapy are usually relief of symptoms, changes in behavior leading to improved social and vocational functioning, and personal growth.
